In SAS^® Drug Development 4.5.1, user who is not a member of the target context can receive File Moved notification from a subfolder.

To see this behavior:

1. Assume that the following hierarchy is available in the Repository and user1 is a member of SAS, but not a member of project1.

   

2. Subscribe on folder1 and file3 with Folder Moved and File Moved events for user1
3. Cut and paste folder1 and file3 from SourceFolder to /SAS/project1/Files

Expected behavior, user1 does not get a Moved File event notification for file1 and file2. Actual behavior, user1 receives file1 and file2 Moved File notification.
